We ship Pan India — across all states and union territories in India.

Delivery Charges

Orders above ₹499 — FREE delivery
Orders below ₹499 — ₹60 flat delivery charge

Estimated Delivery Time

Tamil Nadu — 2–4 business days
South India — 3–5 business days
Rest of India — 5–8 business days

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times may vary during festivals and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS on your registered phone number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at adhikamatichinaturals@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 90436 20138. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items.
Food products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations
